As a professional psychic medium I am often asked how I work, do I see ghosts? Not exactly I communicate with Spirit Guides or client’s loved ones in Spirit and yes I can see Spirit, sometimes as solid as you or I but most times it’s in my head, within my mind’s eye and this is known as Mental Mediumship. It’s possible to communicate with Spirit but not so with ghosts as ghosts are akin to a recording possibly something so traumatic that the energy of the event has left an imprint behind.
I am also asked, “Can you tell me what my boyfriend/girlfriend or whoever is thinking about me?” I can’t, nor can any psychic medium tell you this as everyone’s thoughts are private, however we can connect to the boy friend’s etc spirit guide and they can tell us how they are feeling and of course the spirit guide will only tell us what they have permission to tell us. Mind reading is a misconception and myth I’m afraid.
Another fallacy is NO ONE can predict the future accurately, psychic medium’s are not fortune tellers. It may surprise you to know this but you already know your future, for YOU and all of us for that matter, alone planned it, you planned what experiences and challenges YOU wished to go through before you incarnated on earth. Psychic medium’s can tap into your auric field for the vibrations of your past, present and future are there however this is dependent on how good a connection we have with the client.
The other fly in the ointment to this process is what’s known as ‘FREE WILL’. Free will is whether we wish to go through with what we alone have planned, and of course since everyone has Free will, can you see how practically impossible it is to predict the future accurately? I can link with Spirit, whether it is loved ones that have passed over or a Spirit Guide and they can give me some insight and information as to likely outcomes. They WILL NOT tell me what is coming up if there is a spiritual challenge ahead as this is a teaching experience and something that should not be avoided, and if I was party to this information you might just try and avoid it.
All of this is not a cop out as a reading can be comforting knowing our loved ones are happy on ‘the other side’ and generally readings are enlightening and can help us see both sides to a situation. Often I will be able to give some predictions those that will not impede a spiritual challenge and this gives hope and positivity to the client. Above all I will be able to give ‘survival evidence’ to prove physical death is not the end and that the client goes away feeling uplifted and better than when they arrived.
