Can you hold your positive focus for 68 seconds?
Of course, you might think. At least that’s what I thought. I actually took it
for granted that I was doing it already in my everyday life. But 68 seconds are
longer than one might think. Try it for yourself. Set a timer for 68 seconds and
practice your positive train of thoughts.

Whatever you are focused upon is the way you set your tuner, and when you focus there for as little as 17 seconds, you activate that vibration within you. To have 68 seconds of pure thought will require focused attention. The key is to have pure thought; that is a thought with absolute and clear intent. If you can have pure thought after pure thought, you increase the number of combustion points. By passing the mark in 68 seconds of pure thought, you will have transmitted a positive energy of intention into the Universe.
1. It might help you to stay focused if you make a mental 68-Second Movie Clip. See yourself receiving what you are wishing for. For example, if you are dreaming of having a house, see yourself decorating it, living with your loved ones in it, and most of all. make sure that “movie” really, really feels good to you. Focus on the love and joy you experience in this house over the years to come. End your “movie” with, “and so it is, or better”! 🙂
2. Create a Script and read it several times a day. Many people find it beneficial to put their dreams in writing. When you actually read your affirmations, you will be able to catch some negative statements and fine tune them into more positive ones.
If you are able to hold your focus for longer than 68 seconds and make this practice a daily part of your life, you will transform yourself from the inside out and this transformation will be reflected in your outer experience by you receiving what you focus on.
