How To Find Yourself

By in Be

By Meghana Bahar

You learn. With every step you take. That the path isn’t already there for you. You create it. You create your path. And as you traverse along, family, friends, relationships fall away. “Family” takes on new meaning, just as “friends” take flight when they can’t meet your depths. You become a lone traveler combusting with members of your soul-pod along the way. “Relating” takes on a whole new dimension. You remain detached yet so attached. Diversity is your lifeblood. You become more INtuitive, more INtelligent, more Interesting.

Everything you do you do with strong purpose, INtention, INtegrity, sincerity and conviction. Not because you have a strong sense of identity with anything outside of you. But because you are de-identifying from your physique, your name, family, society, status, religion, ideology, etc. Everything that isn’t you will inevitably fall away. You become lighter. In every way.

This is the good fight. The real fight. You fight with every tooth, nail, bone in your body for your spirit. You don’t compromise your soul. Your little heart beats louder everyday. You get more compassionate with yourself.  More passionate. You live in love. Love oozes out of your pores. You love everyone, everything. And you love yourself more. You fall in love with yourself ten million times and more.

You don’t settle for lies or second-best. In you or in others. You speak your God/dess truth. You aim for genius. You aim for greatness. Messy doesn’t scare you. Messy becomes you. You stop being defined by anything outside of yourself. You de-label. You rebel. But with a cause. The fires you emit are dragonesque. Hotness, you exude. Your ethics, moral fibre will keep you persistently just.

In your undoing of all things worldly, you find the Universe IN you. You find that you are made of stars. You become the star of your life. And isn’t it a marvellous life? You become eternally grateful for this moment, every moment. You don’t just sit back and watch your rising. You live. You live to the edge, to the brim and you’ll be damned if you don’t.

This is how you find yourself. This is how you become full. And this is what you must keep doing. For what is at stake is not having the unbridled, unending pleasure of knowing the iridescent You. I will have this over a lifetime of not knowing my true, essential, INcandescent self. Blaze, you Supernova.
